First Baptist Church, Lethbridge, Alberta, is looking for a person with a pastoral heart to provide leadership, discipleship, pastoral care - and a mission focus - to our youth and young adults (college and career). This is a full-time position on a pastoral team.
Lethbridge is a university/college city of 80,000 in southern Alberta.

As a church, we believe God is on a mission; as His missional people we seek to be a Christ-centered community, who know Christ and make Him known. We value intergenerational community, lifelong spiritual growth, personal and corporate worship and prayer, involvement in mission through evangelism and service, and being a welcoming community who care for and serve one another, our city, and our world.
